Charlotte Radiology: Marketing - Intern

Responsibility for Charlotte Radiology's Annual Pink Pint Night event

Duties include:

•Update CR website & Atrium website with event information for fundraising, sponsorship & donations Secure auction items & fine-tune process for auction bidding and check out; Research mobile auction options Work with graphic designer and vendor for event day merchandise - (pint glasses, tees, etc) Develop sponsorship proposal; Follow up with past year sponsors and secure new sponsorship; establish regular communication and follow through with recognition based on sponsor level Promote VIP fundraising program; work with Atrium Foundation to update fundraising website; establish regular communication with registered VIP's to encourage fundraising and promote event day activities; track efforts

•Secure food vendors for the evening Plan and execute table & event day decorations Design and install event day signage/sponsor recognition. Book evening entertainment Secure emcee; improved sound system option and script Organize volunteers for set up and event night staffing Set up auction tables, signage, check out process Set up merchandise display and check out process Ensure a welcoming check in process and recognition program for PPN VIP fundraisers Coordinate photographer, videographer, sponsor tables/vendors (i.e. Pink hair extensions) and other fundraising opportunities at the event (i.e.Crowler) Develop tracking metrics for fundraising efforts (VIP, Sponsors,Merchandise, Auction, etc), media reach, attendance, website traffic, etc. Conduct post-event wrap up analysis

•Promote internally to CR employees and patients work with social media team and design team to execute social media strategy set up and utilize FB event page to promote event Work with I heart media to produce radio spots and digital ads design and install promotional signage, coasters, save the dates Work with Communications Specialist to develop a press release and PR campaign to ensure promotion of PPN via news outlets (TV, Print, Digital)
