About Kent:
Kent is a strategic thinker with a passion for integrated marketing solutions that deliver results.
He joined Wray Ward as head of insights and brand strategy in 2004, played a key role as the agency deepened its expertise in the home and building categories in 2011, and was named president and chief executive officer in 2023.
During his tenure at Wray Ward, Kent has overseen client engagement, project management, resourcing and business development, fostering better connections between critical client acquisition, service and delivery areas. He leads Wray Ward’s partnerships with the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), John Burns Real Estate Consulting, and the Research Institute for Cooking & Kitchen Intelligence (RICKI), and he frequently has been invited to deliver insights to marketers and researchers at events including the American Home Furnishings Association conference, Hardware Marketing Council, Home Improvement Research Institute (HIRI) Summit and Housewares Show.
