As a vision engineer and certified executive coach, Monifa is dedicated to moving individuals and teams from “I hope to be, to I AM!” Since 2018, Monifa has served as a President/CEO of The Drayton Leadership Group, LLC which has allowed her to operate in her passion of being a change agent in the space of leadership development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and coaching leaders to reach their maximum potential. With an ongoing passion for leadership development, specifically women and early careerist she offers a relatable podcast, “MoKnows: Life and Leadership Hacks,” on all podcast platforms. Additionally, she has served for more than twenty years within the healthcare industry in a variety of leadership roles with core functions being executive leadership, provider services, business development, strategic planning and transformational operations. Humbly, she has been the recipient of numerous awards including Excellence in Diversity and Equity Honors, Diversity MBA Top 100 Under 50 Emerging Leaders and Charlotte Regional Business Alliance Emerging Leader Award.
