Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and managing
all digital marketing efforts including managing multiple brand websites, online advertising
campaigns, email marketing as well as reporting and analytics to maximize site traffic,
engagement and conversions.


Agency Management

  • Assist VP Marketing in managing projects with external agencies and vendors 

Assist in identifying opportunities, setting strategy and determining appropriate tactics

Website management

  • Monitor site usability and user experience across all brand websites and identify areas for improvement.  Develop and implement strategies to increase site traffic, engagement and conversions 
  • Plan and manage website development projects and site upgrades in conjunction with external agency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date content across all sites using content management system

 Online advertising/PPC campaigns

  • In conjunction with external agency partner, manage pay-per-click and remarketing programs that increase traffic, engagement and drive leads for targeted market segments
  • Develop landing pages to support campaigns and drive conversions

Email marketing

  • Responsible for the development, execution, and post program analysis for email marketing campaigns including the development of creative content, campaign design and campaign analysis and reporting
  • Provide analysis and insight into key metrics, and make recommendations to improve performance 

Social media

  • Provide social media insight as well as execution and management of related digital activity
  • Work in conjunction with Marketing Manager to maintain social media communities, paid campaigns and projects to create targeted opportunities across multiple channels including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

Reporting & analytics

  • Monitor social and website site analytics to understand visitor trends.  Report on activity and results, providing insight and analysis; suggest areas for improvement
  • Create and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings, site engagement and conversions 
  • Monitor key competitor websites and PCC campaigns


  • B.A., preferably in marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of online marketing experience 
  • Solid understanding of digital/social platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation program
  • Experience managing search marketing campaigns and digital marketing agencies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan priorities and manage a changing workload
  • Able to interact confidently with senior level executives 
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • E-commerce experience preferred
