Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Marketing Manager, Product and Solutions.

The Marketing Manager will partner with sales to develop annual marketing plans in support of the business unit’s growth plan. The marketer will leverage modern marketing techniques to connect buyers with a customer-centric solution offering and connect our sales teams with enablement tools, resulting in measurable revenue growth

Position Responsibilities
Architect marketing plans, including developing and defining strategy, value propositions, integrated campaign plans, programs, media plans and sales enablement tools for specialty divisions and business segments

Collaborate with division leads and key stakeholders to conduct research to formulate market sizing and opportunities, segmentation, personas, messaging approach and sales enablement plans and tools
Collect and analyze voice of customer and market data to guide the development of marketing programs
Author the solution launch plan and the solution handbook that will be used to coordinate external communications, oversee launch to marketplace

Map products, services and offerings from external partners into key solution categories
Determine the best routes to market for the solution, typically a combination of internal sales resources, external marketing channels, and our network of store locations
Develop a web content and social media plan to support both the solution’s release as well as its ongoing lead generation lifecycle management


Education Or Experience That Prepares You For Success
Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, business or communications or equivalent experience plus 7+ years product or solution marketing experience
4+ years team management experience
Previous sales enablement experience a plus

Team player and ability to accomplish projects with cross-functional teams
Possesses influencing skills to gain senior leadership acceptance for plans and budgets
Demonstrated excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
Strong listening, probing, information gathering and interpreting skills to uncover and define deliverables, needs and outcomes
Can develop strategies for creating pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell, cross-sell and account-based marketing programs to grow existing relationships
Exceptional Project and Agency Management experience skills
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
