JOB TITLE: Graphic Design Manager

• It is the Graphic Design Manager’s responsibility to be a key part of, and manage, the entire graphic design process, from conceptualization to implementation and continuing through until final delivery of the product or service. Delegate job responsibilities among graphic design team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline.


• Supervise and lead the creative graphic design team

• Participate in designing and directing graphic designers to complete the following: marketing concepts, packaging design, web design, logos and branding, illustrations, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication

• Versatile - you can switch between print and digital with ease as well as execute across different creatives styles

• Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the project brief and established specifications

• Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and standards of the company

• Complete the project work within the timeline and estimated budget

• Train and mentor graphic designers and entry-level positions

• Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality of designs

• Be aware of the latest techniques and procedures used in designs

• Suggest new ways of improving the quality of design work and other project issues

•Assist nondesign team members in choosing the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements and adapt them according to the objectives of the project

• Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments

• Photography experience required

• Pre-press production experience is a plus


This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

• More than three years of experience in graphic design

• Excellent creative and innovative skills

• Strong layout, composition, and typography skills

• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Client interfacing ability with confidence

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity with client, partner and internal team at different levels in the organization

• Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience

• Must be detail oriented and well organized

• Strong delegation power

• Ability to use strong analytical and artistic approach to solve complex issues

• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
