Job Responsibilities:

The role of the account manager is central to processing a large volume of client requests and allocating resources accordingly. The account manager should have an excellent understanding of each client's overall digital strategy, how each process is related and the tasks that are needed to implement them. The project manager delivers the executive decision making needed to drive the process of ongoing strategy implementation.

  • This role owns the timely execution of assigned tasks related to each client’s digital strategy and is responsible for meeting deadlines and due dates as agreed upon between the client and the operations team.

  • Provides timely and accurate solution-oriented feedback and can creatively solve problems resourcefully.

  • Ensure the client has timely and accurate information regarding SLA and progress of various projects.

  • Allocates operation bandwidth based on client need and service level.

  • Be available as the ‘escalation’ point of contact for each client.

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing or agency setting.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and solutions is preferred.

  • A track record of accountability and a solutions oriented approach towards problem-solving.

  • A strong understanding of the balance between client needs and operational capacity.

  • A strong ability to 'learn on the fly' and be able to clearly research the best solutions if none are present.

  • Experience working within project management software such as Asana, Trello or similar.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work remotely or with teams as needed.

  • Contractor work opportunity. We are seeking regional candidates that can work remotely in flex-work spaces and are willing to meet in person for team meetings monthly.
