Graphic Designer – Reprints (Part-time)

Location: 120 W. Morehead Street, Charlotte, NC 28202
Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week; schedule TBD

General Job Summary
The designer will work under the guidance of the Director of Product Marketing and Lead Reprint Designer. This part-time position will support the design and production needs of the corporate reprint sales team. This includes design of reprinted editorial material for ACBJ’s 43 business journals nationwide and other assignments as needed.

Job Duties
• Design proofs and final artwork for reprint orders.
• Communicate effectively with lead designer and customer service rep to meet deadlines and customer needs.
• Create marketing materials (sell sheets, print and digital ads etc.) for reprints.
• Take on any other assignment as needed.
Job Specifications
Candidate’s interests and skill set should include:
• Graphic design background with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products (specifically Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with team members

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
General office environment. Mac computer use required.
