Product Marketing Content Specialist

This is a product marketing position with emphasis in and responsibility for content creation across all communication channels, including but not limited to social media, web, email, print, SEO, media relations, blogs, etc. As a content marketing specialist, you will be creating, managing and publishing various forms of digital content to support product marketing programs and communications. This position will focus on creative content creation that strengthens and expands the company's brands, with a strong emphasis on achieving SEO and online reputation goals.

Create engaging and creative content of various forms (email, articles, blogs, social media, images, videos, etc.) that supports overall content marketing and company objectives for the ACN portfolio of products and services
Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize new forms of content and communications campaigns for products and services
Ability to react quickly to messaging and strategy changes
Assist with managing of editorial communications calendar
Create, execute, and measure content marketing and communication campaigns to ensure that they are carried out effectively and meet defined strategic goals over the short-, medium-, and long-term
Provide clear, strategic direction to the creative services team to develop graphic elements related to campaign initiatives
Research and analyze trending and competitive content within the industry and stay up to date on the latest content marketing trends
Publish content on social channels and send emails through Pardot


Exceptional communications skills, verbal and written
Self-motivated and able to work in an organized way in an extremely fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office applications; creative PPT or Keynote skills desired
Exceptional copywriting experience across various channels
Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines
Understanding of drip marketing and hands-on experience in Email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Constant Contact or ExactTarget
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing trends
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS systems such as WordPress
Keen sense of tone of voice and how to write consistently for a brand

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
1-5 years’ work experience in content marketing with an emphasis on content creation
Ability to work in a matrix management organization and to effectively take direction from and collaborate with peers
